Today’s the first day of my tracking and working out and I’m excited about it.  I’ll be off work in an hour, and I’m going straight to the gym.  This summer I was reallllly into it and I was going 5 days a week, no problem.  I’ve gone sporatically since then, but it’s sooo hard going back.  Once I’m there I’m fine, it’s just the getting there.  But isn’t it always?

This weekend I did all my healthy grocery shopping.  I went to Costco, Trader Joes, and Safeway.  Short post, but I’ll be back later today…
